On August 31, 10:30 AM PDT, a change was made to our Shopify-related systems that was later found to have resulted in us not capturing purchase-related data for customers using the Shopify platform. This caused conversions to not be properly reflected within the Pixlee Analytics System thereafter. This was rectified on September 5, 10:50 AM PDT, and conversions are being properly attributed again. This did not affect customers' internal Shopify metrics, did not affect add-to-carts (only completed purchase analytics) as shown in Pixlee, and did not affect customers that are not on the Shopify platform. We have added additional monitoring to mitigate future errors. We apologize for the inconvenience.
