We have fixed the issue by locating the missing images and self-hosting them. We will continue to monitor to ensure all product tagging functionality is available.

Due to a repository manager for one of our load balancers being down, https://status.quay.io/incidents/kw2627bsdwd9, a number of clients may experience difficulty tagging products at this moment. We are working on a workaround and also monitoring the issue.
